Bulin 47 AI is an independent creative video tool. Available generation settings and credit cost appear before you submit. Availability can change. AI output is variable: we do not guarantee an exact likeness, dance, soundtrack, lip synchronization or completion time. Public examples are labeled as examples and are not a guarantee for your input.

Photos and permission

Upload only materials you own or have permission to use, including the permissions needed for any depicted person. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, privacy violations, illegal or abusive content. You retain the rights you already hold in your photo and permit processing needed to fulfill your request. Generated output does not grant rights to third-party music, performances, brands or likenesses. You are responsible for checking rights before commercial use.

Independent service

This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or any person shown in labeled AI examples. Names describe a freestyle trend or identify an example. An AI-generated portrayal is not an endorsement.

Credits and purchases

Generation is paid; there are no free generations or signup bonus credits. The current offer is 100 site credits for a 15-second video at 768P. The one-time packs are 300 credits for $14.90, 1,000 for $39.90 and 2,500 for $89.90, in USD. These are not subscriptions. Checkout shows any applicable taxes and final amount before payment. Site credits are distinct from provider credits and have no cash value. The current packs have no scheduled expiry.

Checkout is available only when purchase and generation readiness checks permit it. Credits are added after verified payment, not merely after a checkout redirect. Signing in, uploading a draft or returning from checkout never automatically starts a paid generation. Selecting Generate explicitly authorizes the displayed site-credit charge.

Failed or unresolved requests

A request still processing or under reconciliation is not a confirmed failure. Do not submit duplicates while its status is unresolved. Check the same task in your private video history. When the provider confirms a failed or canceled request, the site returns the generation credits. Requests with an unknown submission outcome remain under reconciliation without an automatic retry or credit refund until resolved. A site-credit reversal is separate from a refund of a cash payment and from any provider-side charge. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. We do not promise automatic cash refunds for completed AI outputs or unused packs; payment disputes and refund requests require review using the purchase record.

Storage and availability

Uploaded photos and videos are available for up to 30 days; download anything you wish to keep. You can delete eligible tasks and files from your private history. Local drafts are browser-specific and can be lost. Service interruptions, content restrictions and provider rejection may prevent an output.
